Promova’s Educational Board

Expertise is at the heart of Promova. We've developed a unique methodology and gathered leading experts to ensure our courses are both effective and fun.
Promova’s Method
Promova makes language learning natural, engaging, and accessible. Personalized lessons adapt to individual goals and pace, while real-world content and AI-powered role-play build confidence through everyday conversations. Expert-driven and inclusive, Promova helps learners overcome challenges in today’s fast-paced world. More than just lessons, it’s a space where mistakes fuel progress, turning language into a skill for life.
Key Principles
By following these principles, we aim to make language learning engaging, practical, and relevant to real-life situations—helping learners build confidence and feel at home in a new language environment.
Language learning is a path, not a checkpoint
Learning a language should be an empowering and enjoyable experience, not a source of pressure. By fostering a supportive atmosphere where learners feel comfortable making mistakes, we help them build confidence and truly belong in new linguistic environments.

Expert-crafted, research-based learning
Our courses are created by linguists, certified teachers, and e-learning experts to ensure every lesson is research-backed, well-structured, and genuinely effective. Learning follows internationally recognized standards like the CEFR, providing a clear and steady progression. We base our approach on proven e-learning and instructional design methods, using insights from educational psychology and neuroscience to create engaging lessons with visuals, interactive exercises, and a steady learning pace

Adaptive learning for modern challenges
We rely on an adaptive approach to help today’s learners overcome challenges like short attention spans, information overload, and the demands of busy work environments. Our algorithm builds personalized learning programs based on goals, interests, language level, and learning pace, ensuring an efficient and engaging experience.

Learning in context with a multisensory approach
Language is easier to remember when learned in meaningful contexts. We teach words and phrases as they naturally appear together (lexical approach) and reinforce them with real-life practice, role-play, and AI-powered tools. A multisensory approach—incorporating custom illustrations, rich audio, interactive exercises, and visual storytelling—helps learners engage with the language in multiple ways, strengthening retention and making learning more intuitive.

Intuitive grammar and pattern recognition
Instead of rote memorization, we use a guided discovery approach to help learners intuitively grasp grammar and structure through examples, patterns, and interaction. For example, we have a comic-style series that presents grammar in context, using characters and storytelling to make learning engaging, memorable, and easy to apply

Small, consistent steps for long-term progress
Bite-sized lessons prevent overwhelm and improve retention. Inspired by the Atomic Habits book, our method emphasizes consistency through structured daily plans, repetition, active recall, and positive reinforcement to build lasting language skills.

Inclusive learning for everyone
We strive to make language learning accessible to all. We provide dyslexia-friendly fonts, ASL courses, and focus-enhancing tools to support learners with diverse needs. By fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, we ensure that every learner, regardless of background or ability, can engage with confidence and ease.
