How can I get my invoice?

The way to access your invoice depends on where you purchased your subscription.

If your purchase was made at Google Play, you need to request an invoice directly from Google Play:

  • Request a VAT invoice or receipt
  • Find your Google Store receipt and order number
  • If your purchase was made through the App Store, please follow these steps to access your invoice:
  • Open the Settings app on your device.
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Select Media & Purchases.
  • Tap View Account and sign in with your Apple ID if prompted.
  • Select Purchase History.
  • Find the purchase for which you need an invoice and tap on it to view the details.
  • Tap Resend to have it emailed to you again.

In case you made your purchase on the website, getting an invoice depends on the payment method:

Paid via PayPal:

  • Search your email for the transaction ID or email subject sent by PayPal.
  • Alternatively, log in to your PayPal account to retrieve the invoice if you cannot find the email.

Paid via Card:

  • Please check the automatic payment confirmation that was sent to your email right after placing the order.
  • If the payment confirmation does not meet your needs, please contact the Support team at support@promova.com to request another invoice form.
