What should I do if I cannot access my paid subscription?

If you logged into your Promova account but only have access to free features, even though you own a Premium subscription, this may happen if the subscription was purchased using a different email address or account.

To resolve this:

  • Sign out of your current account.
  • Sign in using the email, Google Account, or AppleID associated with your subscription purchase.
