What should I do if I cannot access my paid subscription?

If you see only free content even though you purchased Premium, the most common reason is logging into the wrong account.

To fix this:

  1. Sign out of your current account
  2. Sign in using the same method you used to purchase the subscription, such as:
    • The correct email
    • Google Account
    • Apple ID
  3. If you used Apple’s hidden email, log in using Sign in with Apple, not the masked email
