Promova for Good × Usyk Foundation is a joint initiative by Usyk Foundation and Unlimited Promova Limited ("Promova") offering 1,000 free Promova Premium memberships to active athletes worldwide. The program is designed for athletes whose careers require communication in languages they are still learning — and who are ready to start speaking before they feel fully prepared.

To be eligible to apply, an individual must meet all of the following criteria at the time of application:
3.1 Be an active athlete — currently competing or training in any sport at any level (amateur, semi-professional, or professional);
3.2 Be 18 years of age or older. Applicants under 18 may apply with written consent from a parent or legal guardian;
3.3 Demonstrate, through the application form, a genuine need for language learning in the context of their athletic activity (e.g., international competitions, training abroad, communication with coaches or teammates in a foreign language, media obligations in a non-native language);
3.4 Not currently hold an active paid Promova Premium subscription at the time of selection.
There are no restrictions based on country of residence, sport discipline, or language being learned. Promova supports 13 languages.
4.1 Applications are submitted exclusively through the official program application form during the application period.
4.2 The form collects the following information: applicant's name, country, sport and competitive level, language(s) they wish to learn, and a brief description of how language learning would support their athletic journey.
4.3 No essays, portfolios, or supporting documents are required. The form is intentionally low-barrier.
4.4 Each applicant may submit only one application. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.
5.1 Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis among applicants who meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
5.2 The first 1,000 eligible applicants will be selected to receive a Promova Premium membership.
5.3 Eligibility is verified by the program team based on the information provided in the application form. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate disqualification.
5.4 The organizers reserve the right to close applications before the August 30, 2026 deadline if 1,000 eligible applications are received earlier.
5.5 Applications submitted after the deadline, or after all 1,000 memberships have been allocated, will not be considered.
6.1 All applicants will receive an email confirmation upon submission of their application.
6.2 Selected recipients will be notified by email within 14 calendar days following the date of their application review.
6.3 The notification email will include instructions for activating the Promova Premium membership.
6.4 If a selected applicant does not activate their membership within 30 calendar days of receiving the notification, the membership may be reassigned to the next eligible applicant on the waiting list.
6.5 Applicants who are not selected will receive a notification email no later than September 30, 2026.
7.1 Each recipient receives one (1) Promova Premium membership, valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
7.2 The membership is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
7.3 Promova Premium includes full access to all available courses, AI Tutor, speaking practice tools, and other features available within the Promova app at the time of activation. The organizers reserve the right to update app features during the membership period.

In the event of disqualification after membership activation, access may be revoked without refund or compensation.
9.1 Personal data submitted through the application form is collected and processed by Unlimited Promova Limited as described in the Privacy Notice shown on the application form. Promova's general Privacy Policy (https://promova.com/terms/privacy-policy) applies to all other aspects and to the extent it does not conflict with that Privacy Notice.
9.2 By submitting an application, applicants consent to their data being used for the purposes of program administration and, where applicable, for anonymized reporting on the program's reach and impact.
9.3 Applicants may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting [email protected].
10.1 The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with notice provided to applicants where reasonably practicable.
10.2 The organizers' decisions regarding eligibility and selection are final.
10.3 These rules are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.
