How do I change my password?

You can change your password only on the website version of Promova.

How to update your password:

1. Log in at promova.com
2. Open the Settings tab
3. Select Password
4. Enter your new password and confirm

Note:

If you originally created your account using Apple ID or Google Account, you will not have a Promova password. Please continue using the same login method instead.
