How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have purchased the subscription on the App Store, you should cancel it through your Apple ID account settings. Please follow these steps: 

  1. Open your mobile settings (Settings app). 
  2. Tap your name. 
  3. Tap Subscriptions. 
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. 


Please be advised that the lifetime membership is a one-time payment, so it won't be listed in your subscriptions list. 


To cancel the subscription purchased via Google Play, please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account. 
  3. On the left side, click My subscriptions. 
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel. 
  5. Click Manage -> Cancel Subscription. 
  6. Click Yes in the confirmation window. 


If you purchased your subscription directly from the Promova website and want to cancel it, please follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to your personal account.
  2. In the 'My profile' tab find the 'Payments and subscriptions' tab.
  3. Find the Subscription you would like to cancel 
  4. In the top right corner click the three dots and choose ‘Cancel subscription.'
  5. Fill out a quick questionnaire to confirm the cancelation .
  6. You'll see a success screen confirming the cancelation of your subscription.
