How do I cancel my subscription?
If you have purchased the subscription on the App Store, you should cancel it through your Apple ID account settings. Please follow these steps:
- Open your mobile settings (Settings app).
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Please be advised that the lifetime membership is a one-time payment, so it won't be listed in your subscriptions list.
To cancel the subscription purchased via Google Play, please follow these steps:
- Go to play.google.com.
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- On the left side, click My subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Manage -> Cancel Subscription.
- Click Yes in the confirmation window.
If you purchased your subscription directly from the Promova website and want to cancel it, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your personal account.
- In the 'My profile' tab find the 'Payments and subscriptions' tab.
- Find the Subscription you would like to cancel
- In the top right corner click the three dots and choose ‘Cancel subscription.'
- Fill out a quick questionnaire to confirm the cancelation .
- You'll see a success screen confirming the cancelation of your subscription.
