How do I resume my subscription?

If you have purchased your subscription via Apple Store, please follow these steps: 

  1. Open your mobile settings.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. 
  3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change. 
  4. If different types of subscriptions are available, a list will appear. Tap the type you want to choose. 
  5. Tap Purchase. 

 

If you have purchased your subscription via Google Play, please follow these steps: 

  1. Open the Google Play app. 
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon. 
  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then choose Subscriptions. 
  4. Select the subscription you want to resume. 
  5. Tap Resubscribe. 
  6. Follow the instructions. 

 

If your subscription was purchased directly from the Promova website, please contact our support team via email support@promova.com and we will directly assist you with the restoration of your Subscription
