How do I resume my subscription?
If you have purchased your subscription via Apple Store, please follow these steps:
- Open your mobile settings.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
- If different types of subscriptions are available, a list will appear. Tap the type you want to choose.
- Tap Purchase.
If you have purchased your subscription via Google Play, please follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then choose Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to resume.
- Tap Resubscribe.
- Follow the instructions.
