What should I do if I cannot access my Promova account?

If you can’t log into your Promova account, try the steps below:

1. Check your login method

Make sure you use the same method you used during registration:

  • Email + password
  • Google Account
  • Apple ID (including “Hide My Email” / Private Relay)

2. If logging in with email

  • Make sure your email is spelled correctly
  • If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot password?”

3. Apple “Hide My Email” (Private Relay)

If you signed up using Apple’s hidden email, you must log in with:

Sign in with Apple,

not your regular email address.
