How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account permanently, please follow the steps below.

Important Notes Before Deleting Your Account:

  • This action is irreversible.
  • All progress made within the app will be deleted, and you will be logged out of your account.
    Any website subscriptions linked to your email address will be automatically canceled with no possibility of restoration.
  • Refunds for payments made through our website are not available after the data associated with your account has been deleted.
  • Please note that in-app subscriptions are not automatically canceled. You need to cancel the renewal before deleting your account, you can find the instructions in this article.
  • In the mobile app, the "Delete My Data" button works the same as on the website only if your account is linked to the email connected to your subscription. Otherwise, only your current progress will be deleted, and you will be redirected to the onboarding page.

Deleting Your Account on the Website:

  • Sign in to the promova.com website using the email associated with your subscription.
  • Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
  • Navigate to Settings, then to the Manage My Personal Info tab.
  • Click the Delete My Data button.

Deleting Your Account in the Mobile App:

  • Open the Profile tab.
  • Go to Settings, then to the Manage My Personal Info tab.
  • Tap the Delete My Data button.
