Why is AI Role Play not working?

If you're experiencing issues with the AI Role Play feature, please try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection: A stable internet connection is essential for this feature to work properly.
  2. Check microphone permissions: Go to your device's Settings and ensure that the Promova app has permission to use the microphone. The feature cannot record or process your input without these permissions. 
  3. If you have an iOS device, check Speech Recognition permissions by going to Settings, opening Promova settings, and toggle "Speech Recognition."
