Why do I have an error message?

"Oops, something went wrong" error message
This error message usually indicates that an outdated version of Promova is installed on the device. To resolve it, please install the latest version of the app by clicking the "Update" button next to the below:
"Unable to login" error message
This error typically appears for one of the following reasons:
- A wrong email address was used during login.
- The account was originally created using Google Account or Apple ID, but login is attempted via email.
To resolve this issue:
- Try using a different login method (e.g., "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple").
