Subscription & Refund Terms

 

These Subscription & Refund Terms (“Terms”) are an integral part of our Terms of Use and apply to all paid services offered through our mobile application and/or website (mobile application and website collectively – “Service”). By purchasing or using any paid service, you agree to these Terms.


Some features of our Service are available only through a paid subscription. Users may choose from the available paid plans and may further enhance their experience by purchasing additional features or add-ons.
 

Any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
 

1. Subscription Types and Purchase Channels
 

We offer paid subscriptions for different time periods.

You can purchase a subscription either:

●   Directly on our Website (“Web Purchase”), or

●   Through the Apple App Store and Google Play (“In-App Purchase”).

Pricing, billing cycles (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually), and available subscription types will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment. Prices may vary depending on region, currency, promotional offers, and subscription duration.
 

2. Add-On Items and Additional Services
 

In addition to your subscription, you may have the option to purchase add-on items such as guidelines or courses dedicated to a special topic. These add-ons may be one-time purchases or recurring charges.

Canceling your main subscription may not cancel associated recurring add-ons, and canceling an add-on alone does not affect your primary subscription. Access to purchased add-ons may be restricted upon cancellation of paid subscription. Add-ons may be available upon cancellation of paid subscription if downloaded when paid subscription was effective (when applicable).
 

3. Free Trial and Introductory Offers
 

We may offer limited-time free trials to new users. These trials may convert automatically into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Free trials may only be used once per user or device. Attempting to activate multiple trials may result in immediate conversion to a paid subscription at the full rate.

Any unused portion of a free trial or trial-related benefits (including consumables) will be forfeited when the trial ends or if you purchase a subscription early.

We may also offer introductory pricing promotions, such as a first subscription period at a reduced rate, which automatically converts into a recurring subscription at the full standard price after the promotional period ends. Unless otherwise stated, standard renewal terms and pricing apply following the introductory offer.


4. Payment Processing
 

Web Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Solid, PayPal), whom you authorize to charge your selected payment method.

In-App Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and governed by their payment policies.

You must ensure that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds. By confirming your subscription purchase, you authorize the applicable processor to charge your payment method for the selected plan, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Currency conversion fees or bank charges (e.g., international transaction fees) may apply depending on your provider and are outside our control.
 

5. Auto-Renewal
 

All paid subscriptions (including add-ons offered as recurring charges) renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. The renewal term matches the original subscription duration unless stated otherwise.

By continuing your subscription, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected plan. Unless you cancel, your subscription will renew at the applicable rate, which may be subject to change. In such cases, you will be notified prior to the next billing cycle.
 

6. Cancellation
 

You can manage or cancel:

●   Web Purchases via your account settings on our Website or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

●   In-App Purchases via your Apple or Google account settings, per their respective instructions.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
 

7. Refunds
 

Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms or in our Money Back Policy or required under applicable law, all payments made to the Service are final and non-refundable, including:

●   Subscription fees (whether partially or fully used),

●   Add-on Items (e.g., guidelines, courses etc).

No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time, unless otherwise required by mandatory law or granted at our sole discretion.

Refunds for In-App Purchases are governed by their policies and must be requested directly via the respective platform.

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms, all approved refunds will be processed:

●   Using the original payment method, and

●   Without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive a valid cancellation or withdrawal notice.
 

8. Withdrawal Rights in Certain Jurisdictions
 

Notice to EU/UK Consumers

If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from a digital content or digital service contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any fees.

●   If you began with a free trial, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date the trial begins.

●   If you made a direct purchase, the 14-day period begins from the date of payment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires.
 

Notice to Consumers from Other Jurisdictions
 

Residents of certain other jurisdictions may have additional cancellation or withdrawal rights based on local consumer protection laws. We will honor such rights to the extent required by applicable law.
