How do I cancel my lesson?

To cancel your upcoming lesson, please follow these steps: 

  1. Log into your personal account 
  2. Go to the 'My tutor' tab 
  3. In the ‘Upcoming lessons’ section choose the lesson you'd like to cancel 
  4. In the top right corner click the three dots and choose ‘Cancel lesson’ 
  5. Confirm the cancelation 

 

*Please note, that if you are canceling later than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson, credits for the lesson will not return to your balance.
