How do I reschedule a lesson?

To reschedule a lesson, please follow these steps: 

  1. Log into your personal account 
  2. Go to the 'My tutor' tab 
  3. In the ‘Upcoming lessons’ section choose the lesson you'd like to reschedule 
  4. In the top right corner click the three dots and choose ‘Reschedule lesson’ 
  5. Pick a new date and time for your lesson
  6. Confirm the time and date change 

 

*Please note that free rescheduling is available only 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson.
