What if my group lesson is canceled?

We aim to make sure that all groups follow the timetable we have announced, and if your teacher can't make it to the lesson, we will find a substitute teacher. However, this isn't always possible, so in some rare cases we have to cancel lessons.

In such cases, we contact all students and offer the best possible solution. Usually this means rescheduling the lesson for a different time that suits everyone.
