What if my group lesson is canceled?

We aim to make sure that all groups follow the timetable we have announced, and if your teacher can't make it to the lesson, we will find a substitute teacher. However, this isn't always possible, so in some rare cases, we have to cancel lessons.

In such cases, we contact all students and offer the best possible solution. Usually, this means that the lesson will be returned to students’ balance, allowing everyone to reschedule it for another convenient time.
